Michael J. Morga Jr. CPA - Licensed in New York and Florida, Michael has over 30 years of extensive experience with cooperatives and condominiums, other real estate entities, and closely held businesses. The cooperative and condominium experience he possesses includes both existing and newly converted entities. Cooperatives and condominiums represented range from middle income to luxury buildings as small as 5 units and as large as 1,700 units, located mostly in the New York metropolitan area. He has advised co-ops and condos in all areas, including audit, tax, annual and long-term budgeting, and accumulating and investing reserves. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the state societies of CPAs for New York, Pennsylvania, and Florida. In addition, he currently serves on two committees of the New York State Society of CPAs (real estate and state and local taxation), as well as the American Bar Association's Condominiums and Cooperatives Subcommittee.
James J. Cavanagh CPA - Licensed in New York, James has over 30 years of combined experience in public and private accounting, including many years servicing cooperatives and condominiums. He has experience in preparing corporate tax returns as well as year-end tax planning strategies. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the state society of CPAs for New York. During his time in private industry Jim worked as a controller for a property management company.
